Paul Danner joined CB Scientific in October 2021 as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is skilled at successfully marketing service offerings, securing product placement, increasing market share, and growing revenue while affiliated with an array of Fortune 100 organizations, mid-market companies, and start-up ventures.
As a senior business leader, Mr. Danner has served three Nasdaq-listed companies as the senior corporate executive. Additionally, he has acquired extensive Board of Director expertise through six separate appointments totaling more than twenty-five years with three Nasdaq and OTCQB listed companies including Chairman, Corporate Secretary, and Audit Committee assignments, as well as two development-stage ventures and one not-for-profit enterprise.
Mr. Danner served as a Naval Aviator flying the F-14 Tomcat, and subsequently as an Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer supporting the Naval Air Systems Command, for 8 years on active duty plus 22 years with the reserve component of the United States Navy. He retired from the Navy in 2009 with the rank of Captain. Mr. Danner earned a BS degree in Business Finance from Colorado State University, and he holds an MBA from the Strome College of Business at Old Dominion University.
Charles Martin has held positions in sales, marketing, and executive management in the non-invasive Ambulatory ECG marketplace for more than 35 years. His extensive experience includes working in direct product capital equipment and software sales both domestically and internationally, management and direction of IDTF remote cardiac monitoring services, and oversight of international distributor networks in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His career in the cardiac medical market began with Oxford Medical in 1985 where he sold the first “real-time” Holter analysis software system and recording devices offered in the US in a four-state Midwest territory.
He was promoted to Eastern Regional Sales Manager for the company in 1987. Career highlights include Regional Sales Manager for Spacelabs (Holter, Ambulatory Blood Pressure), National Sales Manager and Director of Sales for Instromedix (Cardiac Event Monitoring – King of Hearts), VP Sales and Marketing for CardioComm Solutions (GEMS Acquisition ECG Software for Event & Pacer TTM follow-up), and VP of Business Development with Biomedical Systems (IDTF Services, Holter, AEM, MCT). From 2014 to 2018, Chip worked as the Senior Director of Global Sales for BioTelemetry Inc. a widely recognized leading provider of remote cardiac monitoring diagnostic services in the US that is publicly traded on the NASDAQ exchange (BEAT). He held the position of SVP of Sales and Marketing for my-Cardia (USA) Inc. from 2018 to 2019 and was promoted to CEO and President of Prevent Health Care International Corporation in August 2019, assuming the same roles now at CB Scientific, Inc., as well as Director.
Trip Thomas is the President and Founder of A-Frame Accounting & Advisory, Inc. and brings over 23 years of experience in accounting, covering private industry, public companies, and non-profits. He specializes in financial modeling, SEC reporting, GAAP compliance, and treasury management.
Previously, Trip was a partner at Cross Roads Consulting, LLC, advising on regulatory financial reporting and technical accounting. He also served as a Senior Accountant at The LSC Group LLC, focusing on PIPE transaction derivatives. Earlier roles include work with a real estate developer, the American Heart Association, and MetLife.
Trip holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Tampa and is a licensed CPA in Florida.
James Ott held several senior leadership positions in his twenty-eight-year career in the Ambulatory ECG and Clinical Research Trials arena. Upon earning his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at Marquette University in 1991, Jim joined Biomedical System in St. Louis, MO in 1992 as a Product Manager where he coordinated the design, development, and marketing efforts of their cardiac diagnostic software platform lines. In this role, he facilitated regulatory submissions and regulatory inspection for the product line to include the creation of multiple Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) channels with major medical device manufacturers both domestically and internationally. He was promoted in 2000 to President of Biomedical Systems Cardiology Division where he managed all aspects of their Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) to include international direct and distributor capital equipment sales, IDTF cardiology lab staffing, technology, sales and marketing, customer service, and reimbursement and regulatory activities. During this time he managed the design, development, and implementation of the company’s internet-based Holter data and report transfer platform (Data Exchange), their internet-based Holter analysis platform (MyHolter.com), and their Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) platform – the TruVue® Wireless ECG Monitoring System. Jim was an integral part of successful US patent submissions and granted approvals for all three of these applications in 2004, 2005, and 2013 where he is listed as one of the inventors.
Zig Lambo holds a BS degree in General Engineering and an MBA in Finance and Marketing; and has been involved in the public markets since 1970. He was a securities analyst, broker, and merger and acquisition specialist in the 1970s and 1980s, including initiating the acquisition of Codex Corporation by Motorola in 1977. Zig was an internationally recognized analyst and consultant on mining companies and has been involved in a number of public and private mining-related companies over the years as an investor and officer. He has formed and taken three companies public, including Net:X America Inc., which became CB Scientific in 2016. He continues to be active in various public and private venture projects in technology and resource development in the U.S., Canada, and Asia.
